Meet Chito, a dachshund who somehow has been getting fat despite being on a healthy diet.
This is because Chito has a secret, or had a secret.
Chito lives in Mexico. He has always been vigilant, alerting his family to any strangers. This “guard” dog was actually alert for a different reason. That reason also explains those extra pounds.
In the video below, Chito is caught in the act: he has been receiving secret meals from the local baker.
“Truth is, it’s not surprising. Chito always cheats when it comes to food,” Cabrera told The Dodo. “He often leads my mom to believe that he hasn’t been fed yet so she’ll feed him double.”
Chito’s family don’t plan on stopping these backdoor deals, but now they can adjust his diet accordingly.
