dogs can definitely pass out. once years ago I was trying to clean up my dads 15/16 yr old 1/2 pomeranian in the sink and guess the water scared her and she fainted. Vet said her heart couldn’t keep up with her anxiety and she fainted. Luckily I sprinkled water in her mouth and she started waking up. was SO scary. glad this baby is ok.
