Dogs get themselves in trouble all the time, don’t they! I guess their happy-go-lucky nature is to be blamed for that! The pup has a collar. I hope the officer found his owner(s) and they appreciate the kindness that the officer gave the pup. That would not have ended well if he hadn’t come to the pup’s rescue. If the owner’s couldn’t be found the pup found his own home. 🙂
